You will not find thousands of house plans on our website. We have no designs from the 60's or 70's that no longer fit today's lifestyle. What we have available are plans that we have developed over the past 10 years and are now houses occupied by satisfied homeowners.

The house plans that are shown on this website are available as illustrated and ready for construction. However, we know that every condition is different and modifications are needed in some cases. We will make those changes to the basic drawings for a small upcharge. We recommend that you do let us make these changes instead of making changes at the jobsite from sketches on the drawings.
